GENERAL  INFORMATION 

        Law No. 4817 on work permits for foreigners, and implementing regulations pursuant to the provisions of this law, Turkey is a party to bilateral or multilateral agreements unless otherwise provided, dependent or independent of foreigners in Turkey must obtain a permit before starting work.
In accordance with Law No. 4817;
 

APPLICATIONS MADE ABROAD        
          
            Work permit applications for foreigners abroad, their citizenship or permanent residence in the country make representations in the Republic of Turkey.
          Agencies, working in conjunction with reviews that may be of breach of permit applications directly to the Ministry.
           Agencies and ministries of the Republic of Turkey, the work permit applications from abroad about the operations executed by the electronic media.  requested documents during the application, the foreigner on the application or steward within ten working days following the employer intikalettirilir Ministry. APPLICATIONS WILL BE DONE WITHIN TURKEY

Term Work Permit
         
   Turkey is a party to bilateral or multilateral agreements-term work permit, unless otherwise stipulated in the labor market situation, developments in working life, industry and economic conjuncture changes regarding employment, taking into account the duration of the foreigner residence permit according to the duration of service contract or the work of a particular workplace or operation and a maximum of one year to work in a certain profession is to be effective.
         One year after the legal working time, the same workplace or business and work permit to work in the same profession can be extended up to three years duration.
         At the end of the statutory three-year study period, the same profession and the employer wishes to work well, work permit period may be extended up to six years.

Permanent Work Permit

 Turkey is a party to bilateral or multilateral agreements unless otherwise provided by residing legally and uninterruptedly for at least eight years in Turkey, or a total of six years of legal work to foreigners, regardless of the labor market situation and developments in working life and a particular business, profession, without restricting the civil or geographic area can be given.

Independent work permits

OCCUPATIONS PROHIBITED TO FOREIGNERS

RESPONSIBILITIES OF FOREIGN STUDENTS
